3 people on the 1st floor of a building wish to take the elevator to the top floor. The max weight that the elevator can carry is 300 lbs. Also, one of the three people must be in the elevator to operate it. If the three people weigh 130, 160, and 210 pounds, respectively, how can they get to the top floor?

130 and 160 go up together. When at the top, 160 gets off. 130 stays in the elevator and goes back down alone. When the elevator reaches the bottom, 130 gets out and 210 gets in. The elevator takes 210 to the top, and 210 gets out. 160 now gets back into the elevator and goes back down to the bottom floor. 130 then gets in and they both go up together.
