ok hav someone use 2 bungi cords (the strechable cords with hooks on each end) then hook one hook on to the pants and undies with each bungi cord (:P) and hold the other ends (have too latters set up)and thenon the count of three pull up. and have the person walk around all day till it comes out the do it again
